1. NTFS Recovery
Data loss on a computer is a common issue that many users experience, particularly if the computer is used by multiple people. Fortunately, if the deleted files are still present in the Recycle Bin, users can readily restore them with a simple click of the Restore button. Depending on the type of data being recovered and the nature of the data loss, there may be several other methods of restoring the files. For example, if the data loss was caused by accidental deletion or formatting, users can use third-party data recovery software to restore their data. However, if the data loss was caused by a software or hardware problem, users may need to contact a data recovery service to get their lost data back.
But what if we no longer find the same file in the Recycle Bin because it is permanently deleted? Can it still be restored? This question often arises when losing important data. Please don’t panic; we can restore these files using recovery applications that are currently widely available. One that is quite popular is DiskInternals NTFS Recovery.
When running DiskInternals NTFS Recovery, a window will appear that looks like Explorer, where there is a list of drivers on the system. You will be offered to scan the drive for deleted files or folders. You can select one partition or scan the entire drive if your hard disk is in serious trouble. When we start scanning, it takes some time to read the disc.
When the scan is complete, the program displays a list of file types in an arranged folder. Clicking on one of these will open a virtual folder containing the recovered files. However, we will not see the file name because it will be a number, for example, 00000011.xlsx. We can preview the file, so we can see if the file is what we want.
When the lost files Once the files are located, the program will offer multiple options for saving them, including burning them to an optical drive, storing them on a system disc, or transferring them over a network. These options are enough to keep the original drive’s directory structure and to keep the files in the right order when they are needed in the future. If desired, the program can also create a detailed log of the entire file recovery process, allowing for comprehensive tracking of the files. With all of these features, a program is an indispensable tool for anyone seeking to recover lost data.
